What aspect of Russell Nesbitt Services is this scramble benefiting?
This year’s Golf Scramble Benefit is focused on critical facility improvements at Russell Nesbitt Services. We are currently in need of two new roofs, one for our Watch Center, which provides vocational employment opportunities for the individuals we serve, and another for our Maintenance and Utility Building, which supports daily operations. In addition, funds will help us repair an elevator in our main building. This elevator is essential to ensure our residents who use wheelchairs have full access to all areas of the facility. Your support directly impacts the safety, accessibility, and opportunities available to the people we serve every day.
What does admission include?
Admission to the Golf Scramble includes 18 holes of golf in a shotgun start format with a 4-person team. Your entry also qualifies your team for tournament prizes, as well as individual contests such as Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive. Participants will enjoy free food and soft drinks throughout the event, along with access to the after-tournament gathering where awards will be presented and a catered meal will be served. It’s a full day of golf, competition, food, and community, all for a great cause.
How does the Mulligan work?
The Mulligan is an optional add-on available for purchase during registration. For a one-time cost of $20 per team, your team will receive four mulligans — one per player. A mulligan allows a player to redo one shot during the round without penalty. This is completely optional, but it’s a fun way to give your team a second chance on a tough shot while also contributing additional support to the cause.
